๐Ÿ‘‹ Hi, I'm Johannes Geyer

I build software that finishes the work.

Founder and engineer, 25 years in. I built and sold a CRM company, and today I ship friendly AI-native products from a small studio: mostly solo, with a lot of help from AI agents.

Currently building the agent era of business software, across Germany, Brazil and Uruguay.

About me

One craft, 25 years, every wave of technology.

I have spent my whole career on one thing: turning messy business work into structured, finished output, and making the software that does it feel simple. The tools changed from Delphi to .NET and React to AI and MCP. The obsession never did.

2001

First line of code, and hooked for life.

I started building software straight out of school and never really looked up again. Two years later I founded julitec GmbH and wrote its first product myself: a desktop CRM, eight years of Object Pascal and Delphi.

The cloud years

Rebuilt everything, ran it from a beach town.

I rebuilt the company from scratch around Deals & Projects, a cloud platform for agencies, and ran it remotely from Brazil. We grew to 400+ customers across the DACH region, and I learned that small teams with sharp tools beat big ones.

2022

The exit: julitec joins everii Group.

As sole owner I negotiated julitec's acquisition by everii Group, the deal that made everii the market leader for agency software in the DACH region.

"We've won two industry experts."

Right after

Straight back to building. It's the part I love.

With Tower Apps I shipped DocExport, now used by 700+ paying customers worldwide and rated 5.0 on the monday.com marketplace. I run it lean: a tiny team, fast support, and a lot of AI in the engine room.

Now

Taking the same idea into the agent era.

DocExport.ai, aiGonomic, Sheaf, EstateIQ, and now Workelligence Ltd in London: different surfaces, one belief. Software should finish the work, not just manage it. Agents draft, people approve what matters.

Simple is serious work

The hard parts should live inside the product, not land on the customer. If it needs a manual, I'm not done.

Small teams, big output

I run a 700-customer SaaS substantially with AI agents: support triage, reporting, even spec-to-pull-request coding.

Your data stays yours

GDPR-first, EU-hosted, self-hostable where it counts. European by instinct: trust is a feature, not a footnote.

Kind words

Portfolio

Things I've built, sold, and am building now.

Documents, support, project work, real estate: all places where software can quietly take the busywork and hand back a finished result.

Say hello. I answer myself.

Whether you are a team that wants software to finish more of the work, a partner with an idea for the agent era, or just curious: my inbox is open, and there is no funnel behind it.
